Just finished my first Challenge with IWillTrain…..I had good results with this 4 week challenge. I improved my nutrition, got into a great workout regimen, and lost weight and gained muscle. I can’t wait to do another one. A well implemented fitness program for people looking to improve their fitness. There was great interaction from other participants, which kept me going throughout the 4 weeks. My primary reason to start working with Brian Baker at GYM 1801 was to regain my mobility, agility, and lower back strength to get back to playing competitive golf. I met for the initial evaluation which after Brian gave me a full pre workout stretching routine to do daily. So far the results have been great as can feel my mobility coming back and played 18 (walked, carrying) with zero lower back to joint issues during the round and after….success so far! Brian took the time to listen to my concerns, not push me during the initial evaluation as to cause strain or injury my lower back. I really appreciated this. I’m looking forward to continue working with Brian to advance my stretching program and eventually working towards a strength training program. Highly recommend Brian for his expertise, professionalism and kindness….he will listen to you! Side note, my son is a Freshman at ETHS on the golf team along with being a highly competitive junior golfer. He along with teammates have being working with Brian for about 6 months with great success. His tournament season is off to his best start in years. Don’t hesitate to work with Brian on an individual or group basis. He’s fantastic!
